Secure audio transfer to Nomono Cloud

The Sound Capsule seamlessly and securely transfers all audio recordings from your Sound Capsule to your Nomono Cloud account, ensuring end-to-end encryption for maximum security.

Storage and Duration

Your recordings, along with associated metadata, are stored in your Cloud Account for as long as you desire. Deletion of a recording from Nomono Cloud ensures its complete removal. We strictly adhere to GDPR standards and store data on Amazon Web Services in Ireland.

Processing in the Cloud

Upon upload, each recording undergoes basic checks, such as duration, format, microphone count, and volume level. These metadata, along with the recording, are securely stored. Our AI Enhancement processes audio through a Nomono-developed speech enhancement pipeline for superior clarity. .

Data Processing and Security

Amazon oversees the infrastructure for processing and storing your recordings, utilizing Amazon Elastic File System and Amazon S3. All stored data is protected with AES-256 encryption, ensuring industry-leading security.

Our Privacy Commitement

We deeply respect your privacy. Your audio recordings are not aggregated into datasets, nor are they utilized to further train or develop our AI processing.

Enhancing Our AI

Should you encounter issues with our AI Enhancement, you have the option to share a specific recording with our support team for analysis. Only with your explicit consent and authorization will we use this recording to improve our AI capabilities. We emphasize that your permission is paramount, and without it, we will not utilize your recordings for any enhancements.
