Spatial Plan T&C

Terms & Conditions – Spatial Plan with Sound Capsule Offer

By subscribing to the Spatial Plan with Sound Capsule, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription & Payment

  • The Spatial Plan includes access to Nomono Cloud, including advanced spatial audio tools for professional audio creators.
  • Available payment options:
    • $79/month (paid upfront for 36 months) – Best Value
    • $99/month (billed monthly for 36 months) – Flexible Plan
  • The minimum commitment period is 36 months.

2. Sound Capsule Ownership

  • A Sound Capsule is included as part of this plan.
  • You fully own the Sound Capsule after completing all the payments within the binding period (upfront, or month by month).
  • If you cancel early, ownership depends on the cancellation terms below.

3. Early Cancellation & Non-Payment

If you cancel or fail to pay before completing 36 months, you must either:

✅ Return the Sound Capsule in good condition, and you will owe nothing beyond the ETF (early termination fee) at the size of 50% of the Sound Capsule market price at the time of purchase ($2,490 before tax as of March 2025, ETF – $1245).

OR

✅ Keep the Sound Capsule by paying the remaining balance in your plan. You will pay the difference between what you have paid so far and the full standalone Sound Capsule price of $2,490 spread across 36 months.

🔹 Example Calculation:
If you cancel after 12 months on the $99/month plan:

  • You would have paid: $99 × 12 = $1188
  • Your remaining Sound Capsule balance would be:
    $2,490 - (12 × $69.17) = $1600 (where $69.17 is the portion of the Capsule cost spread over 36 months).

To request either option please reach out to support@nomono.co. Note, that if payments fail within 30 days, your account may be suspended, and Nomono reserves the right to lock the Sound Capsule or charge the remaining balance.

4. 45-Day Cancellation Window

  • You can cancel within 45 days of activation for a full refund, provided the Sound Capsule is returned in original condition.

5. Other Terms

  • This offer is non-transferable and applies only to new Spatial Plan subscriptions.
  • Nomono reserves the right to modify the offer or take necessary actions to limit the Sound Capsule's functionality in case of misuse or payment failure.
