Update your shipping address
Have you purchased a Sound Capsule and need to change your shipping information or address? Here we show you how.
Click here, where you will be sent to a form on our website. There you can update your shipping address.
Be aware that in the form in the link above, you will be asked to add your tracking number. If you haven't received one yet, just leave this text field blank.
We only send out tracking numbers when:
1. Your order is packed and ready to be shipped.
2. Your total invoice has been paid in full (deposit + final invoice).
If you haven't received your final invoice yet, you haven't missed out on your tracking number, it simply hasn't been sent out yet.
Also, be aware that if your Sound Capsule already has been sent, we will not be able to update your shipping address.
