Nomono Giveaway 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The giveaway is organised by Nomono AS (the “Promoter”), a company registered in Norway with the registered address and contact information:

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United States, Norway, EU and United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over, except for employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.

3. Entry Period

The competition will run from 1st November 2025 to 24th November 2025 (the “Entry Period”). 

Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must like the competition post, follow Nomono on Instagram and submit their email address via the competition landing page form. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

The giveaway includes one Sound Capsule and three Stellar Kits, bundled with one year of Nomono Studio Professional – everything you need for effortless, professional recording and editing.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random by an independent party or using a verified random selection process on or shortly after 25th November 2025.

The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the closing date and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize and to confirm delivery address.

If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a reserve winner.

7. Publicity and Data Protection

By entering the competition, you consent to receiving marketing communications from Nomono. You can unsubscribe at any time via the relevant brand’s email preferences.

By entering the competition, you agree to the use of your name and/or social media handle in winner announcements and related publicity.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, network or server failure.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this competition or from the use of the prize.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and the courts of Norway shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
