Return Policy
We offer a 45-day return window from the date of delivery. Return shipping is covered by Nomono at no cost to you.
Eligibility
Items must be in working condition with all original components included and no physical damage. Opened and tested units are accepted.
How to return
Email support@nomono.co with your order number and shipping address to initiate a return. We will confirm receipt and send a prepaid return label with instructions. Items must be shipped back within 15 days of that confirmation. Returns not shipped within 15 days will not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will only reflect the amount actually paid; any promotional or other discount will be deducted. Refunds are made by the same means used for the original purchase.
